My son was married on the east coast in August and the bride's parents hosted a reception and Paebaek ceremony through Angel Catering on the west coast and it was nothing short of amazing! Everything was perfect, no detail was left behind. The Korean food was delicious! The service was outstanding! We were nervous about the Paebaek ceremony having never even seen one before, much less participate but Brian told us not to worry that he would guide us through and that he did! The ceremony was so beautiful and meaningful. It has truly been one of the highlights of our lives and we will be forever grateful to Brian and his team for making Tanner and Kelly's special evening so magical! We highly recommend Brian and Angel Catering!

  First of all, I would like to thank Brian and his team for catering our event. They did an AMAZING job from start to finish. Brian was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to explain everything and send his best to get the job done in the short period of time we had. All the guests loved the food and the staff didn't even let me lift a finger to help. And at the end they were able to clean up in the short period of time we had.   Thank you to Brian and his wonderful team! A lot of the guests at my son's 1 year birthday was pleased with the quality and taste of the Korean food they had to offer. We got a good price on quality Korean food per person and what it came with. They even offered all the tablecloths, dishes, utensils, and cleanup. The staff was also very nice to even make me a dish when I was too busy to eat and give it to my husband for me. What was also nice about the owner was he had us pay towards the end because he wanted to make sure we were happy with our service before even paying a dime. Thank you so much for your outstanding service! Highly recommend you to others.

  Brian from Angel Catering was super helpful during our wedding planning process. He tried his best to accommodate our needs and was super helpful and patient. Every time I called or emailed him with my concerns, he always helped calm my bridezilla nerves down, LOL. The venue where we had our wedding at was a lot of work from the get go but Brian made everything happen - THANK YOU BRIAN!!!! 🙂

  I would say food is probably the most important part of a reception (aside from the bride & groom, of course 😉 ), and Angel Catering did not disappoint. In my first interaction with Brian, I could tell that he genuinely wanted the best for me and my husband - he worked his hardest to work within our budget, he imparted some of his premarital and post-marital wisdom, and he reminded us that he would try his best to make the day as stress-free as possible.
So I believed him.. and wasn't disappointed when it came to our wedding day. The food was amazing!! So amazing that I felt like most of our guests were so engrossed with their food that my husband and I were only secondary (which is a good thing because we were busy eating too hehe).
We also decided to have a public time of Paebaek (I actually do not recommend doing this in public UNLESS you are well-rehearsed). Angel Catering staff was in charge of setting everything up and walking us through the process. Despite our complete and utter cluelessness, the staff member was extremely patient and understanding. He also thoroughly explained the process to our guests as there were many non-Koreans at the reception.
All in all, I am so pleased with how professional, friendly, and skilled everyone at Angel Catering was. Thank you, thank you!! Hope you're prepared to take on a lot of our referrals : )

  I hired Angel Catering for my daughters first birthday party and they were a hit. The whole process was easy. Initial consult with Brian was quick and easy and the price was just right. On the day of they came 1 hour early to set up. The buffet line looked great. Pretty fancy, they had table linen and chair covers that made our simple community center room look fancier than it really was and EVERYONE including my non-korean guests raved about how good the food was. I was so relieved.

When all was done I paid the manager on site Paul in the envelope and left cash on top for tip. He came back to me and informed me I put $100 too much in the envelope. It was so chaotic and hectic that day so he could have easily pocketed the money, but didn't. I truly appreciated the honesty and all the hard work these people put into our party. would definitely recommend and use again.
